Effective January 1, 2018, Valenti-Held Contractor/Developer established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) for the exclusive benefit of our employees. This plan aims to reward eligible employees for long and loyal service and to recognize their efforts toward the company’s success by providing them with retirement benefits.
