Valenti-Held performed the site work for a 770,000 square foot warehouse under the supervision of Catamount Constructors, Inc., the General Contractor.  Work performed consisted of site earthwork moving and compaction of over 200,000 cubic yards, several hundred feet of sanitary, thousands of feet of storm sewer and water main.  Valenti- Held was also responsible for the contracting and coordination of several sub-contractors providing services for site clearing, lime stabilization of building pad and pavement areas, and erosion control.  The project is scheduled for completion in summer 2013.

Site work was performed for the owner, Hawthorne Holdings, LLC, for their 88 lot duplex community.  Valenti-Held performed earthwork moving and compacting over 75,000 cubic yards.  An additional 20,000 cubic yards were excavated, trucked across the site, and used to create a sound barrier mound.   Over a mile of each utility consisting of storm, sanitary, and water were installed.  The project was completed in the fall of 2012 on schedule.

All site development and construction management was performed by Valenti-Held for the owner, Whitestown Crossing, LLC.  The site consists of 100 acres zoned for general business, office, and multi-family units.  Underground utilities consisting of over 4,000’ of 20’ deep sanitary, 5,000’ storm sewer, and 5,500’ water main were installed.  Management duties consisted of coordination of all sub-contractors and interaction with INDOT and Whitestown officials.  The project is still under construction with completion scheduled for summer of 2013.

All site work was performed for the owner, Mayflower Communities, Inc., under the supervision of LECESSE Construction, the General Contractor.  The project is a senior living community on 20 acres with over 300 units.  Earthwork consisted of moving and compaction over 158,000 cubic yards., of which 40,000 cubic yards were exported from the site.  All underground utilities were installed by Valenti-Held.  As one of our responsibilities, Valenti-Held sub-contracted and coordinated, site clearing, soil stabilization, curbs, sidewalks, asphalt paving and erosion control.  The project is scheduled for completion the fall of 2013.
